Across our facilities, Revision has established fully-rounded and robust interconnected operations across the spectrum—from industry leading sales and customer service, to world-class branding and marketing, to forward-thinking business and product development, and beyond. We have built a broad international reputation on the strength of our cutting-edge high-volume manufacturing and advanced research & development and testing laboratories. The Company is ISO 9001-2015 certified and employs just under 150 people. State-of-the art facilities give Revision the ability to centralize and guide each phase of the product lifecycle, from inception to design to development to testing to manufacturing and beyond.

WORLD-CLASS OPTICAL MANUFACTURING FACILITY (ESSEX JUNCTION, VERMONT) 

Revision’s 53,000 square foot operational and eyewear manufacturing hub houses the most technically advanced lens manufacturing equipment in North America. Revision’s Essex lens facility features an environmentally-controlled, 17,000 sq. ft. Class-100 Clean Room with molding and coating machines capable of producing millions of lenses annually. This facility also has fully-automated lens coating machines that clean, coat and cure injection molded lenses; a quality control lab; product assembly; warehousing; and distribution. Revision’s Essex facility is also a company hub for many shared services, including product development, engineering, customer service, marketing, finance, and information technology.

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT 

Revision's Research and Development team has an advanced laboratory that is dedicated to independent research, the development of innovative materials science, and unique engineering solutions, and spearheading sensitive military projects for Revision. In addition to ongoing Research and Development programs with the US Army and Air Force military research laboratories, the R&D team is developing a number of innovative and proprietary technologies, several of which have the potential to be commercialized into Revision’s product portfolio, such as laser protective lens applications and other advanced optics and eyewear protection research and development programs.
