DISCLAIMER: Revision will fill single vision prescriptions using polycarbonate lenses within the Rx carrier to ensure the same protective capabilities as the eyewear. Revision can fill single vision Rx for distance only. Revision cannot fill bifocal Rx that would correct distance and near vision. If a bifocal Rx is written, then Revision will fill only the distance portion. In addition, if an Rx includes prism, Revision will not include prism in filling the Rx.
Note: The Rx Carrier Frame is compatible with all Revision spectacles and Revision SlingShot Ballistic Sunglasses. Does not include Connector A or B for goggles.
